Robert is a seasoned Senior Executive, Entrepreneur, and Community Leader with over four decades of proven success in leadership, business development, and organizational growth. 

Renowned for his motivational style and dynamic communication, Robert is a certified expert in leadership management, sales, team building, strategic planning, executive coaching, Mastermind facilitation, and public speaking. His ability to inspire and empower makes him a trusted mentor and transformational catalyst for executives, entrepreneurs, and teams alike. 

Throughout his career, Robert has served as a fractional C-level executive for a wide range of companies, guiding organizations and leadership teams to achieve sustainable growth and operational excellence. He previously founded The Speakers Forum International, a premier public seminar, training, and consulting firm focused on business and human potential, and co-founded Leadership Group, Inc., an award-winning leadership development company affiliated with Leadership Management International (LMI). 

Robert has collaborated with New York Times bestselling authors, top-tier speakers, celebrities, content experts, and industry leaders, bringing high-impact insights to every partnership. 

He holds a B.A. in Broadcast Communication from Columbia College Chicago, has completed graduate-level coursework in Mass Media at the University of Illinois, and holds multiple advanced certifications in professional leadership development. 

On a personal note: 

Robert’s path to leadership was unconventional. He was born in England to a Lithuanian mother and a British father. He was raised in the inner-city South Side of Chicago, in a broken home environment. As a former street gang member with a police record, he was fortunate to be mentored by caring adults in his community who helped change his trajectory. Their influence sparked a lifelong commitment to helping others succeed—and it became the foundation of his work.
